Waterfront Dreams is an 8-bedroom, 8.5-bath home in the Waterfront Greens community of Swanton that sleeps 20, managed by Railey Vacations. Every bedroom is a suite, and with a private indoor pool, a dock slip and lake, golf course and mountain views from 41 Lakefront Links Drive, it's set up for large families gathering under one roof.
Inside the House
The main level has the living room, dining area, kitchen, a powder room and two king suites, one opening to the deck and one to a balcony. Upstairs, a loft game room with a pool table sits between two more suites, each with a king and a twin or daybed. The lower level holds a den with a wet bar and sofa bed, four king suites and the laundry. An elevator connects the floors.

Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside are an expansive deck, two outdoor hot tubs, two gas grills, a wood fire pit, a bocce court, a basketball hoop and a seasonal screened porch. The home has one dock slip for a motorized boat, guaranteed Memorial Day through Labor Day, and community lake access runs along Moonrise Drive and Lakefront Links Drive. Railey provides firewood from mid-September to mid-April.
Good to Know
Waterfront Greens amenities include a par-3 golf course, mini golf, tennis and pickleball courts, a catch-and-release pond with a gazebo, a covered pavilion and a canoe and kayak storage station. Pets aren't permitted, kayaks aren't provided, and 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended November through March.
