Waterfront Links is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home in the Waterfront Greens community of Swanton that sleeps 14, managed by Railey Vacations. Renovated in fall 2024, the house at 342 Lakefront Links Drive has five king suites and a private indoor pool, and it's one of the Railey homes that welcomes dogs.
Inside the House
The main level combines the living, dining and kitchen areas with the 11 ft x 30 ft indoor pool, available year-round, plus a half bath, a king suite and a game room with a pool table, foosball table, wet bar and two futons. Upstairs are four more king suites, two of which share a balcony, and the laundry room.

Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside you'll find an outdoor hot tub, a wood-burning fire pit, charcoal and gas grills and a seasonal outdoor shower. Railey describes the lakefront as a short walk away: community lake access is along Moonrise Drive or Lakefront Links Drive, and the home's one dock slip, for a motorized boat, is along the shore off Lakefront Links Drive (docks are guaranteed Memorial Day through Labor Day). Views are filtered lake, golf course and mountain.
Good to Know
Guests get free membership to the CARC (Community Aquatic and Recreation Center) for its indoor pool and gym, up to the home's occupancy, plus Waterfront Greens' par-3 golf, mini golf, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and catch-and-release pond. Up to two dogs are allowed under Railey's pet policy, kayaks aren't provided, and 4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended November through March.
