About
Waterfront Retreat is a 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath Signature Collection home in the Waterfront Greens community on the south end of Deep Creek Lake that sleeps 16, managed by Railey Vacations. You'll find it at 29 Lakefront Links Dr, Swanton, MD 21561, and with a private indoor pool, a game room and five king beds it suits large family groups who want plenty of room to spread out.
Inside the House
The main level holds the living area with an 85-inch smart TV, the dining area and kitchen (with two full-size refrigerators), a laundry, a king suite with a separate tub, the game room with pool, foosball and game tables, and the 13 x 24 ft indoor pool with its own full bath. A wood-burning fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings.
Upstairs are five more bedrooms:
- A king suite with its own bath
- Three further king bedrooms and a queen bedroom sharing two Jack-and-Jill baths
- A loft with twin bunks, a trundle and a twin sleeper, handy for kids
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
Outside there's an outdoor hot tub, a gas grill, a wood fire pit and a basketball hoop, with lake, mountain and golf-course views. The home comes with a dock slip for one motorized boat; Railey notes that docks are guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and lake access is off Moonrise Drive or Lakefront Links Drive.
Good to Know
Waterfront Greens community perks include a par-3 golf course, mini golf, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, a catch-and-release fishing pond, a pondside gazebo, a community building with a covered pavilion and a canoe and kayak storage station. Pets are not permitted, the home is rented to family groups, and Railey recommends four-wheel or all-wheel drive or snow tires from November through March.
