Windsor House is a 4-bedroom chalet with five full baths in the Paradise Ridge area of central Deep Creek Lake, managed by Taylor-Made Deep Creek Vacations. It sleeps 12, has three primary suites and welcomes up to two dogs, so it suits a family reunion or a couples' getaway that wants to bring the dog.
Inside the House
Cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a stone fireplace define the great room, and there's a library of more than 100 DVDs. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, lots of counter space and a breakfast bar, and a screened porch sits next to the dining room.
- Main level: a primary suite with a king bed and a kids' room with a twin-over-full bunk
- Upper level: a primary suite with a king bed, wet bar, gas fireplace, private balcony and a bath with a garden tub
- Lower level: a third primary suite with a queen bed, a family room with a pool table and wet bar, and a den with a futon
Outdoor Spaces and Lake Access
A wraparound deck, a fire pit, a gas grill and a new outdoor hot tub round out the outdoor space. Community lake access for swimming and fishing is within half a mile, and the manager puts Wisp Resort about ten minutes away.
Good to Know
- Up to two dogs are allowed (ask about the fee), and the owners supply a dog crate.
- A 4WD vehicle is required from November through March, and the home is non-smoking.
