About
ZenBusiness is an online platform based in Austin, Texas that helps entrepreneurs start, protect and grow their businesses. Ross Buhrdorf and Shanaz Hemmati co-founded the company in 2015, and it says it has helped start more than 950,000 businesses, from first-time founders filing an LLC to established owners managing compliance and bookkeeping.
Services for Business Owners
ZenBusiness handles LLC formation, registered agent service and ongoing compliance filings, and it pairs these with Velo, its AI business guide, plus a support team you can reach by chat or phone. Returning customers use the online dashboard to check order status, find an EIN, download receipts, view business documents, manage subscriptions and add services, and the help center covers order changes, compliance services, domains and business email.
Supporting Small Business
The company states that it runs grants and programs supporting small business owners across the country, and it partners with organizations working to widen access to entrepreneurship. Its stated mission is to make business ownership more accessible to anyone ready to build something of their own.
